EazyCredit runs a marketplace that helps you compare and apply for loans and credit cards from partner banks and NBFCs. We act as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA); we are not a lender. This policy applies to our website, our mobile app and any service that links to it.

2. Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, PAN, address, employment type, income and similar details you enter in a form or application.
• Credit information: your credit score and report, when you ask us to check it or apply for a product.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use it

• To show you products you are likely to be eligible for and to process the applications you make.
• To share your application with the bank or NBFC you choose, so it can assess and decide on it.
• To contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry or application. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We share your details only with the lending partners you apply to, with service providers that work for us under confidentiality obligations (for example hosting, SMS and credit bureau partners), and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your consent and choices

By submitting a form you consent to the use described here. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process an application in progress.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account or application is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, regulatory and audit requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details and OTPs private; we will never ask you for an OTP or password over a call.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work.
