1. Acceptance

By using this website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we do

EazyCredit lets you compare loans and credit cards and apply to partner banks and NBFCs. We are a Direct Selling Agent, not a lender. Every approval, interest rate, fee, limit and disbursal decision is made solely by the lender, under its own terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to apply for a product through us.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give true, complete and current information. Applications with false information may be rejected and reported to the lender.
• Keep your login details and OTPs confidential, and tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

5. Communication

By submitting your details you authorise EazyCredit and its lending partners to contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the DND/NCPR list.

6. Fees

Comparing products and applying through EazyCredit is free for customers. Any charges for a product are set by the lender and shown in its terms.

7. Financial advisors and partners

If you join as a financial advisor or sub-DSA, the commission and payout terms in your partner agreement apply in addition to these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and software of this service belong to EazyCredit or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but the service is provided "as is". EazyCredit is not liable for any lender's decision, for delays or losses arising from a lender's product, or for indirect losses from using the service.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms or the service at any time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
